At Cuptify, we want you to love your new drinkware as much as we do. We understand that sometimes, things might not work out as expected, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. From the day you receive your item, you have 30 days to decide if it’s right for you. Below are the steps and guidelines to ensure your return is handled promptly and efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

To ensure a smooth return process, we ask that the item you’re returning is in the condition you received it: unused, with all its original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete your return. This policy is part of our commitment to ensuring that all our customers are happy with their purchases and that any returns are processed efficiently and fairly.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To begin the return process, email us at info@cuptify.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping: Items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted. Please use the provided shipping label for your return.

Addressing Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If you find any defects, damages, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items can't be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom products like special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

For the quickest service, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
