What is a Hydration Tracker?

Hydration Trackers are water bottles designed to help improve your water intake. With time stamps on each bottle, they are the most convenient, helpful, and colorful reminders to stay hydrated.

What is included in Free Shipping?

Free shipping is standard ground shipping from U.S.P.S., if you would like any sort of faster or priority shipping, there will be an additional fee required.

How long before my order ships out?

All orders take about 2-3 business days to process, print, and ship out for average sized orders. Orders of large quantities may take longer.

Do you ship outside the country?

We do not ship outside the United States yet. We currently ship all over the U.S.

Will this designs fade or peel off?

No, the designs are printed on to the tumblers using UV Digital printing technology, making them scratch, fade, and peel resistant.

What do you mean by "powder coated" tumblers?

If you select a colored Tumbler the color and Gloss coat come in a powder that we then hand place onto the cup. The cup is then put into an oven when the color is baked onto the Tumbler and is then taken out for final inspection before it is sent out to you.

Are the designs on the Bottles and Tumblers stickers?

No! We at Spirit Tumblers want your product to be just the way you want it and we want it to last. For this reason, each Custom Design Tumbler uses a Customized Digital Print, not a vinyl sticker. This ensures that the design you pick stays just the way you want it unless you put the Tumbler in a dishwasher or use a Brillo pad or hard surface sponge to clean it.

What are the Cuptify bottles made of?

All of our bottles are made of high quality, durable Tritan plastic.

Are these bottles BPA free?

Absolutely! We care about the safety of our customers and want to provide only safe products always.

Are the bottles dishwasher safe?

Our Cuptify bottles are NOT dishwasher safe. Under our care instructions tab, we have outlined for you the recommended way to hand wash your bottle.

How often should I clean my Cuptify bottle?

We recommend every day. It's better to be safe than sorry and if you are trying to avoid bacteria or mold inside your bottle, it's better to give it a nice rinse once a day.
